Just like Icarus, nobody seems to have noticed our fall or that we are drowning.
We, young men, have been forgotten.
I believe, that as it is, society simply does not seem to notice that we are in peril. We as men are expected to take care of our problems ourselves, so there will be no change unless we change. This is why I have decided to create this blog.
My aim is to shed some light on problems we as men are facing and help you awaken from your stupor.
I will try to show you things that I have learned and consider to be wrong. I will only offer you food for thought. I will share my views with you and expect you to think critically. I believe that this blog can be a journey that we can take together. I would be extremely happy if the lessons that I have learned could serve you and make your life healthier.
I will offer you information and weaponize you with knowledge so that you can defend yourself.
You will learn how the very food and water we consume on a daily basis change our DNA and can have detrimental effect on our bodies. I will talk about fad diets such as Ketogenic, Vegan, Carnivore and more. I will talk about how internet addiction is rotting our brains, how high-speed internet pornography and video games physically alter our minds and more. It’s time to fight back.
